We have closed our first refinance far earlier than originally expected. This is apparently thanks to Jesse’s professional support. Though entire refinance process is done remotely via phone and email, I could obtain all necessary clarifications and inputs with crystal clearance as well as timely manner. I did not feel any stress and inconvenience at all for whole process. I definitely go back to him again for next home loan or refinance. All conditions and expectations outlined by him at the first call were all realized. There was NO surprise/bad news which is typically revealed later. Only exception was that refinance was closed earlier than expected and which was also good !!

Due to being self employed and owning a number of businesses the underwriting process was quite involved. Jesse was supporting me every step of the way. This was my first residential loan in 15 years. Be prepared for much stricter underwriting and twice the document needs. Working with Jesse and his team was a great experience and I'm extremely happy with the process and the outcome. I first reached out to Jesse several months ago but ended up going with another lender based on rate. Jesse was extremely proactive and contacted me when rates dropped and he was able to offer a no cost refi at a lower rate. We had to move quickly given that the lock was only 30 days, and Jesse and his team were very responsive. Jesse sees the big picture when it comes to credit and is all about borrower advocacy, whether it means switching appraisal firms, pushing back on underwriting requests that are not germane to the borrower's credit worthiness or working through underwriting issues that require exceptions. Now I'm just hoping rates drop again in six months so Jesse can call me again and I can lower my payments even further.
