Rick stepped into a fraught situation without hesitation (First Tech did not give me notice that my balloon had come due --- I knew it had been 15 years but thought the lender would have let me know 30 days before the month) and he was not only professional and competent (expected) but more importantly kind and empathetic. He was able to accomplish an unheard of feat --- close my new loan (essentially a re-fi of my just matured loan) within 30 days. Of course everyone's situation is unique so I don't know how often he could (or should) handle a loan in this manner --- but for our family, he knew it was crucial we close in a particular time frame and he did everything in his power, and when his power wasn't sufficient he tapped into powers above him in the organization, to do that for us.
Because it was a fraught situation, and emotionally pretty charged on our end, his kindness and empathy were probably the only reason we didn't give up and walk away from the credit union.
I can not imagine working with a more professional, more competent, more caring individual that Rick....we unequivocally and without reservation recommend Rick to anyone looking for loan services.
