I worked with Evie for a mortgage to buy my first home. The buying process for first-time buyers, or little fish, in a booming city like Seattle filled with big fish (i.e., investors) is stressful. Evie understood our situation and did not sugar coat the process, but she used her experience and instincts to guide and counsel us with the information we needed to make the best decisions, fought for us by writing strong letters of support that landed an accepted offer on our first home, and closed out mortgage on time.
Personally, owning a home for over one year has made many dramatic, positive impacts in my personal and financial life, and this success was the first of many financial goals. Importantly, even after closing the deal over a year ago, we are still in close contact with Evie as we work towards achieving our next financial goal, i.e., purchasing another property. Evie makes herself available by email, phone, and in person to counsel and guide as we work to make the next home purchase a reality. We still have some time to achieve our next home purchase, but the fact that Evie is willing discuss our crazy (big) ideas and clarify strategies makes our financial goals more tenable and reachable as time goes forward, one step at a time.
Evie wants her clients to succeed, and her actions show it loud and clear. Thus, I consider Evie a thoughtful, trusted addition to our team of advisors. It is for all these reasons, and the fact and Evie is a great, family-oriented person and a successful investor in her own life, that I STRONGLY recommend Evie for a mortgage to first-time as well as seasoned home buyers.
