My boyfriend and I started this year just inquiring with Reina on the pre-approval process, and right from the beginning of our working relationship, we were delighted and completely blown away. Any questions we had, she was able to clearly and concisely explain what we needed. We always felt like her top priority. She was responsive and communicated with us each step of the way. From pre-approval to closing on our first home, Reina was there for us, and really exceeded any expectations we had. With all honesty, I can say that Reina is by far and away the best loan officer I have dealt with. I carefully chose her after researching available loan officers, based largely on her educational background and her experience. I was not disappointed. I had many questions, and she seemed to have all the answers, which were always clear and appropriately complete. I was able to get answers to my questions related to escrow issues. She also was willing to interface between me and other bank and escrow office officers. Finally, she was very available by phone or message, even at times the bank was normally closed.

My husband and I started the house-buying process for our first home in the early stages of COVID. Reina was recommended to us by a friend, and she and her team have been stunningly helpful through the whole process! Our sale wound up being an excruciating one - we had a low budget, and found a sweet, little fixer-upper, but we kept discovering more and more downsides. What was listed as a regular sale turned into a short sale, but Reina was a strong cheerleader and advocated for us the whole way through. Almost six months after we started the process, we finally closed - even with all the stumbling blocks along the way. Reina was incredibly fast and helpful in answering our questions, offering us estimates, and responding to all the issues we ran into.
