Nate was fantastic through the whole process from getting pre approved to closing. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer both phone calls and emails. Had many of challenges with 2 previous lenders that neither lender wanted to admit. Nate was very straight forward and communicative the entire time about the process. Ultimately was able to start from a mid August app date and end up at a point to close in just over 2 weeks due to all of the effort Nate put forward.

Moving to Arizona from the Jersey coast was a headache in itself. Trying to find a home in this market was a whole other challenge and it truly turned out to be one of the easiest and smoothest processes I've ever been a part of, largely because of Nate's work ethic. Nate came to us highly recommended by a colleague and we are so fortunate to have met him. Throughout the entire process Nate was there to answer our questions regardless of the time or day. He was very thorough and punctual. Our real estate agent and seller even commented what a great process it had been with him compared to previous experiences with other lenders. I have used Nate Robinson for two real estate loans. The first one was a refinance and the second was a purchase in another state. Both transactions went smoothly.
