Where to start...I came across Mrs. Excell first around Dec/jan through reference by my relatives that had hired her to find the house that they live in now. I was in search of a house while my family was getting ready to follow later.

I picked up many noticeable characteristics with Kelli Excell. to start was her understanding and love for family structure. She always greeted us warmly and chatted playfully with my kids when they would break into our conversations.

her time management skills were on dot...with exception of traffic that can cause some time loss which was no biggie since my family and i were from sac Cali...traffic was horrible there.

She seemed organized with us. For example, whether with the homes that we've seen or have a desire to see in each area, kelli personalized our home searching in a booklet which i thought was cool. She has a great personality for customer service...down to earth if you will. I noticed this right away since ive been in the customer service industry for 7 years plus.

She also took extra measures to help us with temporary problems that came up. For example, my wife and i were in a situation where we just couldnt find the right home and needed to move out of my relatives home. With her help and some strings pulled, we were able to continue to searching while being assisted with personal matters. She knows how to take care of her customers needs if it is within reason and resources.

Communication is key to have between agent/ customer (friend) relationship.

When we found the right house kelli saw the excitement in our demeanor and helped point out the highlights of what we were looking for for our growing family.

One last thing ill mention and that is kelli worked with our schedule. This is my first time buying a house. I might be a bit ignorant on how realty job works but with my fluctuating work schedule kelli always found a time during the week to make the searching / observing possible.

I would recommend friends, family, and random strangers to her. Shes got a system that works. It worked for me, and from what history she has shared with me...seems like it molds to each customer effectively to where you will find a home in time that will fit your life style. No doubt.
