Kelli was so great to work with. She set houses up based on our interests and was flexible with adding and adjusting as we looked. She stayed within our budget and did not push us at all. When we walked through houses she gave us space to look and chat but then answered all of our questions when we had them. She was open and transparent about the whole process. Kelli was so wonderful to work with! This was our first time selling a house, and we had moved out of state before we could get it listed. I don’t know where to start! Kelli worked with me for about a year as I casually started looking at homes while living in FL. I spent a week in August looking at homes and found the Ames market FAST, homes selling within 24 hours. We finally found our home and within 30 days closed! Kelli helped me find the mortgage lender and went above and beyond, bringing the seller down $4,000 after inspection. I love the home and feel indebted to Kelli and her team!
