We have worked with Kelli for almost 6 years in attempts to sell our home in Story City. Kelli helped us locate numerous renters for the property over the years and finally found and secured a buyer for the home as well. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She has always been kind, understanding, and caring, and took such great care of the home while we lived in another state. When any issues came up (and many did)--she was always immediately finding solutions and making sure things got resolved. We could not have asked for a better person to help us with this long journey with this home. We are very thankful for Kelli. Kelli was so great to work with. She set houses up based on our interests and was flexible with adding and adjusting as we looked. She stayed within our budget and did not push us at all. When we walked through houses she gave us space to look and chat but then answered all of our questions when we had them. She was open and transparent about the whole process. I don’t know where to start! Kelli worked with me for about a year as I casually started looking at homes while living in FL. I spent a week in August looking at homes and found the Ames market FAST, homes selling within 24 hours. We finally found our home and within 30 days closed! Kelli helped me find the mortgage lender and went above and beyond, bringing the seller down $4,000 after inspection. I love the home and feel indebted to Kelli and her team!
