Before we listed our house we felt overwhelmed, we needed to sell a house owned by four sisters with one sisters share in an estate (complicate this with not living in the same town).
We found the right professional for us Kelli Excell. Kelli helped us not only with getting everyone in agreement with the listing but helped us with the licensing, insurance and estate issues that arose as well.

Kelli provided phenomenal service! She was very prompt in responding back to questions and concerns throughout this process. I felt like she ALWAYS had my best interest at heart from the start to closing. She worked quickly to get me viewing homes and beat the deadline of a lease ending in my apartment. Being first time home buyers can be a very exciting time and also a stressful one. Kelli made this experience for my husband and I a breeze. Kelli wasn't pushy and gave her honest opinion about the many different homes that we looked at. She never once made us feel rushed when looking at the homes and didn't get annoyed if we wanted to go look at the same house multiple times. Kelli not only was amazing to work with, but completely changed my mind on how I use to feel about realtors. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
