I don’t know where to start! Kelli worked with me for about a year as I casually started looking at homes while living in FL. I spent a week in August looking at homes and found the Ames market FAST, homes selling within 24 hours. We finally found our home and within 30 days closed! Before we listed our house we felt overwhelmed, we needed to sell a house owned by four sisters with one sisters share in an estate (complicate this with not living in the same town).
