When it came time to list my condo, there was only one person who I trusted to get the job done and that person is Ramzi Ataya! From his excellent marketing and presentation skills, to his vast knowledge of the industry and ability to negotiate in this crazy real estate market we’re currently in, I just knew he’d far exceed my expectations and he did. During the process we ran into a few roadblocks with my HOA (never fun to deal with), but he took the lead thank goodness and got everything resolved…eliminating so much stress from my plate for which I’m grateful. Ramzi successfully negotiated $50k over asking price, making the sale of my condo the highest recorded to date for my complex!!! THANK YOU Ramzi for taking such good care of my transaction. Ramzi has a great reputation on Zillow so we decided to work with him for our new home, we wished to move from great park neighborhoods to greener zone of turtle ridge, given the amount of inventory is so less in turtle ridge it was very challenging to find the house that fit right for our family, Ramzi was really accommodative with our needs and never pushed any compromised home on us, Ramzi is very well connected with agents around Irvine and we were able to find a gorgeous home in the "The Summit park" which was off-market home, everything worked very well and we are happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Ramzi and his team if you are in the market to buy a home sweet home.

Ramzi was absolutely amazing! Not only did he help us find the ideal home in this extremely challenging COVID world, he held our hand every step of the way. He consistently went above and beyond; helping us negotiate the best price, arranging all the inspections and approvals, recommending the best insurance agents, leaning on the lending team at key points to keep the process moving and helping us keep a great relationship with the sellers when the inevitable delays cropped up. Ramzi is the best!
My first home sale so I was a little nervous to say the least . Ramzi was very efficient , I wasn't sure if it was a good market to sell and Ramzi assured me the time was right . I was able to get more then the market was asking , also the house was out of date and not looking great. (in need of a little TLC to say the least) With Ramzi's advice I did not wast any time or effort on trying to make it look good , that was a very good call by Ramzi . I would defiantly recommend Ramzi he's the man !!

He possesses great negotiation skills to get the right property for me. Because I am an investor who lives remotely, Ramzi viewed properties for me and took awesome videos with his detailed commentary.
