Trey Leonard developed a passion for real estate at a young age, traveling the world with his family and growing up on the shores of Hayden Lake near Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Through years of work in the service and hospitality industries, Trey developed an ability to identify needs and serve others effectively.
Trey's clients range from first-time homebuyers and property investors to luxury properties throughout Utah. Trey's commitment to serve others equally gives his clients the advantage as he continues to surround himself with buyers and sellers of all price points. The draw of the Wasatch Mountains brought Trey to Utah in 2005 where he began attending Utah State University. He graduated with degrees in Economics and International Business and minoring in Portuguese. Shortly upon graduation Trey found himself in Park City working for a luxury property management and vacation rental firm representing the finest luxury ski homes in the area. In his real estate career, Trey continues to work with a diverse range of clientele, always providing the highest level of customer service expected of a licensed REALTOR® and handling each client with care.
For the years of 2018-2021, Trey achieved the distinction of "Top 500" for agents along the Wasatch Front in Utah, placing him in the top 5% of agents based on volume.
In his free time you can find Trey with his wife and 3 children, enjoying the outdoors and recreational sports.
