I became a licensed Realtor® in 2001 after enjoying a career as an event coordinator in California's Napa Valley. I transferred the organization, nogotiating and planning skills I gained into the real estate business and enjoy the diversity of the people I meet, the homes I see and the unique qualities of each transaction I work on.
With a fondness for architecture and design, I've had the opportunity to work closely with local designers and builders through the years and have gained valuable experience in both custom home design and the construction process from the ground up, from lot selection to completion.
Having made Arizona my home since 1998, I enjoy exploring our growing metropolis, seeking out great neighborhoods, restaurants, shopping and cool hang out spots and sharing them with my friends and clients.

Angie make the entire process of selling and buying homes easy to navigate - she is open, honest and does everything to make the client feel supported and happy. She goes the extra mile, for instance in my case she even helped set up landscaping services among many other to help me prepare to sale my home. She was so good in fact, we received multiple offers before we even listed the home. She took me through each offer to understand the best position and if I should wait, or proceed. Ultimately Angie helped translate what could have been a stressful and complex process with ease.

I absolutely loved working with Angie! Her knowledge of this market was extremely helpful given I am new to the city and buying in a sellers market. Knowing I had a short amount of time to find a home, she diligently sent me new listings and accompanied me to visit them as soon as they were on the market. She was quickly attuned to what I would and wouldn't like and narrowing down properties that fit my needs. If you're looking for an amazing realtor, you certainly can't go wrong with Angie Wells!

By far, this was the best experience we had purchasing a home! Angie is one of a kind and will bend over backwards to help where help is needed during the sale and purchase process. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent to take on the job of finding our family our new home. When you are expecting a newborn baby any day and in the middle of moving, times can be stressful! However, Angie made sure that we had little work to do in finding a home and did most of the research for us. If it weren't for Angie, we would not be in our new beautiful home. Angie is an intelligent agent, one that will ensure your needs are met and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone searching for a competent agent.
