Mike and Claudia were amazing throughout my loan process. They stayed on top of everything and always kept me updated on what's going on and what steps were next. They were always reachable and super attentive. I travel a lot and Claudia was great at working around my schedule. She emails me on everything. When it is time sensitive and important, she calls and texts me because I don't always check my personal emails when I travel for work. I knew I was in great hands because I've done the loan process a couple of times and had a family friend to help us prior. It is usually always super stressful not knowing what's going on or having to constantly chase someone to get updates/answers. This is NOT the case when working with Mike and Claudia.
