Susan was wonderful to work with! We drug her all over Mahoning County in 6 different towns trying to find a home and she never complained. She had never viewed any property n the neighborhood that we finally bought, and she appreciated being able to scope out this area. In this current crazy housing market Susan understood that we were not willing to get into any "bidding war" or overpay for a normal house. She answered texts and emails quickly and was fun to view homes with. We highly recommend Susan for any real estate transaction in the area.

Susan is by far the best realtor in this area!! So much so, I’ve used her twice in purchasing a home. Not only is she an outstanding relator, but she is also an excellent support system. My stresses were rather high with buying a house at the top of the market, but Susan was there by my side from start to finish. She is very down to earth, honest, upfront, extremely communicative, and easy to reach to answer questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, you won’t regret it; she really knows what she is doing. She is part of our family!!

Due to Susan's excellent attention to detail, her wonderful photographs of the interior and exterior of our home, and all of her tremendously hard work, we received final offers within twelve hours of the initial showing! Susan and her associates did a wonderful job selling the house.The pictures she took were very professional looking and included every room inside and several of the outside of the yard. She scheduled many showings and always informed us when they were and what the interest was. We got a firm offer within 45 days and she was extremely helpful with the closing of the sale. I would highly recommend her and her company to anyone interested in buying or selling a house.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful my home-buying experience was thanks to Susan. With the recent passing of my husband and relocating back to the area, I found myself overwhelmed with the idea of starting over and the purchasing of a new home.
