Sara is a pleasure to work with! I particularly enjoyed how organized and prepared she is along with the customized property folders she prepared for me which included info on the properties we were heading out to visit. Since I did not always have the flexibility to travel to Fort Myers to view properties Sara was kind enough to go view properties and have me on the line via FaceTime or via video....she went above and beyond and I truly appreciated that.

Even after the sale was completed on the property Sara made sure I was prepared to venture into the next step in the process which included loads of information on establishing utilities for the home which was SUPER helpful since again live out of state.

I hope to work with Sara again in the future and will definitely recommend her services to family & friends!

Would give Sara more stars if I could! She is professional, knowledgeable, patient and has a great sense of humor . Sara was always there to answer any questions and explain each step of the selling process. Sara went above and beyond to get the home ready and on the market a quickly as possible while making sure there was no detail left untouched. She helped in assisting me through a couple stressful moments before the closing by making some calls, getting some answers and reminding me to breathe and take things one step at a time. Guess what? Everything worked out, the house sold and I couldn’t imagine going through the process with anyone else. I would recommend Sara to any of my friends and family. Not only is she a great Realtor but is also now a wonderful friend!

Sara was amazing to work with. She was very informative, very transparent, and extremely helpful in offering to video properties if I was unable to make it out there. There was never any pressure to make an offer or view a property if I didn’t want to. She sat down with me in the beginning and asked me a ton of questions about what I was looking for in a home and she did her absolute best to make sure I only received results that met my wants and needs.
