She helped me navigate buying my recent property from another state without me needing to be there to attend to the work being done on the property. Lin was spectacular. When my wife and I started our home search, it was our first time going through the home buying process. She was very patient with us and super helpful. a lot of the times she answered questions for us that we didn't even ask yet but had been on our mind to ask the next time we looked at a house. As soon as something came on the market in our price range she sent us an email or a text, sometimes both asking us what we though and If/when we wanted to see it. Over all she was not pushy in the least bit. Both my wife and I felt like she genuinely cared about us and what we needed. We cant thank her enough for what she has done, so that's why we are leaving this review, so hopefully you will take a chance on working with Lin, and find the home that fits your needs!

Lin is awesome! I have telephone anxiety and she did as much as she could through text and email. I am a first time homebuyer and she answered all my questions. She let me ask all kinds of questions! She is freaking awesome!

Lin was great right from the start. Very patient with us, and always willing to go the extra step. She took us on several walkthroughs and when asked for her opinion, never said what she thought we wanted to hear. In the end, she found us a great home, at a great price, and the transaction was smooth as silk. Buying a home from another state could t have been easier with Lin

We were from out of town. . like waaay out of town, and Lin went out of her way to make us feel welcome, kept us informed, and put us at ease while purchasing our home site unseen. We love our new home and feel like Lin is a forever friend.

I was thoroughly impressed by Lin's professionalism and care during our buying process. She helped us understand exactly what we needed after talking to us and helped us determine what the correct process was to make sure we got what we needed from our lender. She never once told us we were wrong for what we wanted and never tried to sell us something outside our price range. She just helped us to understand what we could get for the price range we had available. She worked with us outside normal business hours so we didn't have to take much time off work. She even went with us to get the power switched on. And explained in plain English the things we didn't understand. She also helped us find a contractor to redo the kitchen in the new home. Everyone she recommended to us showed a level of professionalism that was unparalleled. I can't give a high enough recommendation for Lin. She is amazing at what she does and makes sure everyone walks away Happy.

Linda done a great job for us. She went above and beyond with the whole process whether it was scheduling showings or answering the many questions as the process happened. She is fantastic about returning returning phone calls in a timely manner. If you're in the need of a realtor Lin will do you a good job. I would recommend her to my friends.

We got ahold of Lin in May thinking we were going to be buying a house in July. Told her what we were looking at and our budget, and on our first day looking she had 11 houses to show us and we knew we had to get some things in order because with the shift in the market we had to bump our budget. We had some family mishaps and added three more children to our family and had to also increase the size we were looking for, but lin never swayed, she smiled and helped us realize what we needed. After walking through about 100 homes I felt like we might be taking advantage of her, not purposely, but the house had to be perfect, and she continued to help us, always answering all my questions and believe me there were a lot of questions with a vibrant smile everytime we met. We finally found the house we wanted 10 months later, yes 10 months. When we were ready to buy she helped us every step of the way, she is my hero. I could never thank her enough, I love the house she found us and forever grateful, so to anyone wanting a realtor that cares, I highly recommend Lin, because not all heroes wear capes.

I would like to tell everyone that might be in the market for a home to use Linn as your agent. She is very helpful and worked with myself and my wife Betty. I was a realtor and owner of three C-21 offices in southern California. She will work with you on anything that you are wanting to buy. We told her three times that we were going to wait until spring after we had made offers that for one reason or another didn't work out. Then we would call and tell her we wanted to see another home and she was right there, johnnie on the spot. I think that she would have rather spent the time with her family over the Christmas holidays as with us, but she was right there to help. Linn will do you a very great job on finding your new home or selling the one you have. We highly recommend her to all that are looking to buy or sell. You couldn't fine a better agent.

Lin did an amazing job as our realtor!! She listened to what we wanted in a house, sent us listings as they came available, and answered our many many questions. If we sent a FSBO, she tried to get as much information about it as she could before we went to look at it. We appreciate all that Lin did for us to find the house that felt like home the moment we walked in.
