When I tell you this lady didn’t play with me. She’s the best. A few times I was going to settle but baby she said no way. When you see the house you will feel it. She helped me fine the final and maybe the tenth house. Everything I wanted with a pool on a half acre of land. Baby. I’m so happy I was referred to her.

Throughout the process of buying a new home and selling our home Desiraee was great and extremely helpful. It’s an extremely competitive housing market and she gave us great advice on how aggressive we needed to be in buying a home. She also strategically priced our home for sale and it was sold after only being on the market for one weekend (and receiving over 10 offers). She is very responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. Desiraee is a great real estate professional, with a wealth of knowledge. She has helped me sell, as well a purchase another property. When it was coming down to crunch time with selling my house- Desiraee was there, helping me to finish packing up and clearing out my house. She gets the deals DONE!
Just when buyer's fatigue set in while looking for another property, she texted me a couple of properties to see that day. I made an offer on 1 of them, made settlement in less than 30 days. Pretty efficient process. I would definitely recommend Desiraee to potential buyers/ sellers for all of your real estate needs.

Desiraee is great at what she do! She’s patient, professional, super informative and she knows her stuff. She’s always ready to work and we were always able to reach out to her and she responded in a timely manner. As us being first time buyers we weren’t fully aware but She took initiative in where she feel she needed and kept us focused on what it was we told her we initially wanted. Desiraee Davis is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. This is the third house I’ve purchased and it was the smoothest transaction. Even though the world is going through a crisis at the current time, the transition still went on with no issues. One thing I can say about Desiraee, if she tells you that she’s gonna do something, she does it. She’s on time, professional and very knowledgeable. She saw that we weren’t getting anywhere in one area, so she made suggestions to other areas and I’m glad she did because, it helped me open my mind to things I didn’t even know exist.
