I mention this because the scope of the engagement was perhaps more broad than most - in addition to listing, marketing and staging, the house was in need of updating and sellers were unfamiliar with the current Denver market, so we relied heavily on Marilyn and Laura for market intelligence and advice on pricing as well as updating recommendations.
