I’m very grateful to Rob Nunes for the successful sale of my home of 25 years and the purchase of my new home, located in a beautiful coastal community.

We met Rob when our real estate agent couldn’t make it to our Open House. Though Rob was not listed to sell the house, he shared with us his research, specifically that it was built by a famous Architect. Rob made the flyers & did a very good job showing the house. So, when it came time to buy a house, we remembered this experience with Rob, and again he was professional, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to reach at any time. I generally mistrust sales people, realtors, & lawyers, and I had my guard up, and I really did not want to like Rob. However, Rob's professionalism and personality won me over.
Through this whole process, he gave great advice and explained the ins and outs of everything. He listened to us, and he understood what we wanted, and found those homes for us to view.

Rob was the best Realtor!! As we were first time home buyers, there were so many things we did not know about with buying a home and he educated us on the process of buying and selling too. He did an amazing job. When we were having issues with our lender, Rob took the extra time to help explain the process to us. He went with us to look at every single house and made himself available 24 hours a day. Rob also helped us run necessary errands, for example, he went to our lenders and helped with our keys. This was extremely helpful with our busy work schedules. I would recommend Rob in a second, and we will always use him when we sell and buy in the future. Mr. Rob Nunes is an excellent real estate agent. Over a span of 3 months in the crazy Silicon Valley market, we were able to win a bid for a home that met 100% of our needs. Mr. Nunes was flexible with his availability, never imposed his opinions, took out time to understand our needs as a family and also took breaks with us when our girls needed to be fed during long days of search.
