It's hard to believe, but it's been a year since we started our journey to move from a colder, drier climate to Hammond. Pat was very receptive to our needs, and went out of her way to schedule home tours with our family and over zoom. Once we narrowed our search down, Pat made sure everything went as smoothly as possible from home tour to offer to signing final purchase documents. She's quite the professional, and very personable too. We consider her a friend.
