Laura is passionate about all areas of real estate services. She is part of a team that has sold over 400 homes, flipped many properties, and own and manage rental properties.






I grew up in San Francisco and bought my first home when I was 28 years old. Real estate is my passion and I strive to bring value to my clients every day.


Most of my clients would say that I am the right agent for them because I care and look out for their best interests. I work around the clock. Whether I stay up late to find my clients their dream home or help find the buyer to a home, my goal is to get the job done. My strengths are problem solving, patience, attention to detail, and providing the best customer service.


Personal


Laura attended Lowell High School and received her Bachelors from UCLA. Prior to becoming a realtor, Laura had a successful corporate career in Intellectual Property Management and Procurement. Laura remembers that one of her parent’s proudest moments was becoming homeowners in the city, and she carried that with her, eventually purchasing her own property in her late 20’s. She now lives with her husband in SoMa with their cat, Mae, an orange tabby that they adopted from KitTea.

We were lucky to have Laura represent us as we recently bought a house. Laura was a professional through and through. She was always available to address our questions and went the extra mile to arrange and show last minute appointments. She was always prepared with all information about the properties we were viewing and on top of every next action on the to-do list. She understands how demanding the market is. We just recently closed on a house and the credit fully goes to Laura. She took the time to understand our needs and budget, recommend properties that checked most of our boxes, changed her schedule around to fit our availability to visit properties, and finally helped us find our perfect dream house. We appreciated Laura's honesty with her opinions on properties we visited, and talking us out of potentially bad decisions. She has some really great strategies up her sleeve while negotiating and scoring her customers a great deal. She understands the cut throat bay area market and knows how to navigate around it to make her customers really happy! Laura is always available and super prompt. Laura was an overall professional in her field. We were interested in a house she was representing. It took us only 3 days to get from contacting to viewing to offering. She was very approachable and knowledgeable about the area and neighborhood progress. And she was extremely responsive to questions and at times even went out of her way to coordinate with our bank. Laura provided exceptional services to us and we are greatly appreciative of her attentiveness and attention to details. My sister and I were looking to buy our first property ever. Being quite inexperienced as homebuyers, Laura made the process as smooth an educating as possible. She knew which areas to focus on based on our property and neighborhood preferences and had a really strong grasp on the SF market. We did minimal work as she coordinated everything flawlessly (i.e. communicating with our loan agent, the title company, and listing agent). We love that she kept us on schedule for our 30-day close. In addition, if we ever needed clarification on the process, she was quick to answer any question and guide through the process. We put an offer down on our condo right before it hit the public market (open house) and Laura knew exactly how to negotiate based on the seller's behavior and situation. We were able to offer below listing price which was a huge win for us! All in all, Laura was fantastic and not only would I recommend her to others but I would work with her if I have any future transactions!
