We received multiple offers over asking and appraised value. From the pre-work before listing through closing and days after Erika has been there for me supporting every step of the way. My major issue with this whole process is that there is not enough stars!!! Erika came highly recommended by friends and she did not disappoint! She was very punctual and EXTREMELY accommodating. She guided me through two separate purchases over the course of a year (both of which were flawlessly conducted while I was out of town) and provided much needed guidance during both processes! I would absolutely recommend Erika to anyone and will 100% be contacting her again when it come time to sell!!
