Sonia helps us finding our first home. Our experience with her was fantastic. She is one of the most hard working people I have ever met. She has a very strong working ethic and likes to work with people. From beginning to the end, she guided and protected us for our interest as a buyer. Buying house process was very stressed out but she always spread very positive energy. She is dedicated and reliable. She always gave us a fair advice and never manipulates our decision. She has a very wonderful communication skill. She always keep us update to date with the process as well as the market trend. Furthermore, she always referred wonderful people to us. I would highly recommend her and would love to work with her again.

We were very pleased with Sonia's service. I have worked with a number of realtors and none can compare to Sonia, She is extremely detailed oriented and really watches out for her clients interest. She was helpful with finding the right lending officer, reading over all disclosures, helping with inspections and making sure that the process was running smoothly and on time. 5 stars all around!

Sonia did a fantastic job from beginning to end! She is very thorough, detailed, and exceeded our expectations. She has taken the initiative in more than one instance. For instance, she researched an issue with the sidewalk around the property we bought to make sure we weren't somehow exposed to some liability. She was excellent in utilizing the resources she had in helping us find an investment property, property manager, and legal help. The questions we had were usually answered to our satisfaction within 24 hours. She was present along with a lender's agent during at the closing to make the process seamless. We recommend her for real estate transaction without hesitation.

Sonia was the coordinator for several of our PTA-run big-school events, and they were amazing events! Our school has over 1400 students, and Sonia took the lead on establishing and running two of our successful Kennedy Fall Festivals (giant outdoor movie, food, games, performances, etc.) which saw over 1,000 people attend) and our March Kennedy 5K Color Run, which had hundreds of participants running through Cupertino neighborhoods, and enjoying activities, prizes, and getting to throw color along the way.

Her enthusiasm was infectious and her determination was off-the-charts. We couldn't have pulled these off without her efforts. I highly recommend Sonia!
