Meinoh went ABOVE and BEYOND for us and stayed in touch with us through the process of getting our financial life back on track. Circle back to 2019, we were in a transition period moving back to California via US Navy. I wanted to make sure our now family of 5 wasn’t throwing away money to someone else’s mortgage. I walked into the sales office and immediately Meinoh recognizes me and gives me a huge hug!! My husband was on deployment at the time and Meinoh made sure to give both of us weekly updates if not daily. He kept us motivated and supported us completely through the entire process. Even when he went on a WELL-DESERVED vacation, he worked tirelessly and delegated communication to his excellent team BUT still emailed me every couple of days. Who does that??
