Meinoh, Meinoh.... he made not only our homeownership dreams a reality, he made the experience truly exceptional and memorable... turn time back 3.5 years ago, I just had our second daughter and Meinoh was assisting us with the preliminary approval process... come to find out my identity had been stolen... Meinoh went ABOVE and BEYOND for us and stayed in touch with us through the process of getting our financial life back on track. Circle back to 2019, we were in a transition period moving back to California via US Navy. I wanted to make sure our now family of 5 wasn’t throwing away money to someone else’s mortgage. I walked into the sales office and immediately Meinoh recognizes me and gives me a huge hug!! My husband was on deployment at the time and Meinoh made sure to give both of us weekly updates if not daily. He kept us motivated and supported us completely through the entire process. Even when he went on a WELL-DESERVED vacation, he worked tirelessly and delegated communication to his excellent team BUT still emailed me every couple of days. Who does that?? That is true customer service. My husband and I count Meinoh as a true friend rather than just a financial mortgage expert. He was sooOoO happy for us when we finally closed on the house- on my 32nd birthday- that he took time off work to meet us at our new house to give us the keys and even gave us a beautiful housewarming gift. We recommend everyone to him. He practices with transparency and complete veracity; never was he pushy, aggressive, or impatient. He was a complete gentleman and I feel utter excitement for anyone that chooses to work with him because he does not let down!!
