Derek was outstanding! My family is moving from DFW to Richmond and due to our hectic schedules we only had a week to find the perfect home, in this market! Derek went above and beyond to have a very organized list of homes for us to view. He even pulled subdivisions and homes with my commute to work in mind. Derek was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done! Although the market was super crazy, Derek made it happen and we got the perfect home and paid exactly what we wanted to pay! After several unaccepted offers and even one accepted offer with a shady agent that backed out, Derek assured us that what God has for us, is for us and he couldn’t have been more right! He handled everything (loan company, title company, inspection, etc.) and kept my crazy at bay. Communication was on point and his response was always “don’t worry, I got you” and he did! He even brought on an agent to be sure we were good while he was traveling! Hands down superb service!
