Viki Watson is a top notch realtor. She held my hand throughout the entire buying process making it less stressful and complicated. When I bought the house I was living in Colorado and Viki went out of her way to assist me in finding an inspector, and an insurance agent as I had no idea where to start in Florida. She answered her phone day or night to my questions and was always polite never letting me feel that I was a bother. Viki is very professional and knowledgeable.

Viki was an exceptional real estate agent! I was very impressed how professional she handled everthing. The fact that I had a signed contract 7 hours after the house was listed was phenomenal! I was not in the area and Viki assisted me in by coordinating work that was required before settlement! She went above and beyond what one would normally expect of a real estate agent!
