He quickly obtained and provided any information that I requested and often would provide additional information and resources facilitating my home purchasing experience. When in negotiations with the seller I always felt Chris was in my corner and never pushed me to compromise just to get a commission. Highly recommend.

Chris was referred to us by our daughter. He did all that was expected from a qualified realtor and then some. A home was found on very short notice and negotiations took place rapidly and all was handled as good as we could hope for.

Yes Chris did excellent job navigating me through the buying process. He always stayed in contact with me through out the whole ordeal looking for a house to buy. He’s very knowledgeable and went out of way to ensure I understood everything I needed to know as a first time buyer also made recommendations of services available to me during moving stages. Chris was very helpful. I was looking at houses for a few months on Zillow before deciding to meet with a Realty Professional. I called Chris and had 5 houses picked out to look at. None of them were what I really wanted so Chris showed me a few he had on his list, and I ended up making an offer on the house three days after meeting with Chris. I closed a few weeks later.

I needed a realtor I could really trust. I was house shopping from the west coast. I had never even been to the south. He helped me find the perfect home in a safe and nice neighborhood. He was always honest, and on top of the whole process , through closing. He's great!!

I connected with over 5 Realtors in the Mississippi area before connecting with Chris Scarbrough. I called them, sometimes they returned the call days later, sometimes not at all; but not Chris. Chris called me back the same day, listened to my criteria and worked diligently to find my special property, which he did. One Realtor that I connected with early on actually E-mailed me back 6 months later to see if I was still interested in buying...guess what...I had closed 4 days prior. You snooze, you loose! And, what's with taking your criteria and putting you in some automated circus that provides every listing in the book that don't match criteria. Chris Scarbrough met all of our expectations and then when asked for more went out iof his way to take care of everything for us. It’s not easy to purchase a home long distance but Chris was able to keep our stress level close to a zero.

Chris is amazing! My husband and I were first time buyers and were looking for something very specific. He was able to find us exactly what we wanted quickly. He did over the phone walk throughs with us seeing as we were out of the state at the time. Another huge plus with Chris is he’s super helpful during the buying process if this is your first time buying. We definitely will recommend him to everyone!

Chris is the agent for the job. His professionalism and networking skills sets the bar for all other agents. I was an out of state buyer and he made it as painless as possible. Our seller/seller's agent was unbelievably difficult and it was great to have Chris in my corner to ensure my interests were represented 100%. He responded surprisingly quickly to calls and emails. Also assisted me in getting great deals with home inspectors, insurance etc...Saved me a lot of money and headaches.
I will definitely call him again for my next home purchase!

Chris is a pro in every way. He is prompt to respond to questions as well as very informative about his trade. I really appreciate his good attitude, even when things were not necessarily going our way. His personality made us feel as if he is a part of our family while also being very professional . We went into this purchase knowing almost nothing about purchasing a home but Chris made everything very simple for us. He is also a very hard worker. I liked the fact that he was available any time I had a question. We are truly thankful to have had him for our realtor and also as a friend.
