She was the first (and only agent) who promptly responded to our inquiry from Zillow and has went out of her way countless times to make the process more understandable and efficient, especially for us buying the house out-of-state. She has shown and proven her knowledge as well as professionalism throughout the entire process, while making everything a positive atmosphere which made us feel even more welcome to the neighborhood/area knowing there are good people (like her) surrounding us. Having said all this, when it comes time to sell and move on to our next duty station, Callista will also be our selling agent, hands-down.
