I met Ben via Zillow. We met at a house that didn't turn out to be what I was looking for. He showed me 4 more houses that evening and many more after that. He is very knowledgable, polite and eager to help you find the right house for you. I’m from Midland and been looking at homes and lake houses for a year now. Ever time we’d find a house of interest we called on Ben. Ben would always give us all the information about the houses we looked at. Then this last house we looked at we decided to put down a offer. Ben has guided us through all steps in buying the house. I don’t even know how to begin writing a recommendation for Ben. He has gone above and beyond above and beyond (if that’s even possible) anything we expected. From showing houses on Labor Day weekend to calling/taking calls at times of the day when no one should still be working. We put him through multiple different scenarios we thought could work financially, and after THE home was found to be out of budget, he took what we looked at and found an amazing house right in our wheelhouse.
