I am a proud fourth generation Portland Oregonian on both sides of my family tree. I cherish my solid roots growing up on the east side of Portland in Laurelhurst, Mt. Tabor and Irvington neighborhoods. These neighborhoods always melt my heart .... as they enriched my life and made me who I am today!
Hillsboro Is HOME today! Intel brought my husband and I to Hillsboro years ago. We love the small-town feel in a town that's truly growing! We've embraced this really special chapter of our lives with our family.

Sarah, you came into my little family’s life as a real estate agent but you are now more than that to us! You were our first agent ever and I always say that God sent us GOLD. You are exceptionally good at your job! Your dedication to your clients is unheard of. You were with us in the morning, noon, evening, night and any time we needed you. Sarah listed our house in Arbor Roses for sale just after the market peaked in the middle of the summer of 2022. We'd expected to sell the house the first weekend, but the market had changed dramatically.

Sarah stuck with us throughout it all! She held open houses almost every weekend and promoted the listing anywhere and everywhere. She decorated the house, massaged the listing a few times, and even repainted the kitchen and den when she thought it would help with a particular buyer!

Sarah was fantastic and she saw things through to our eventual sale. I'm very happy that we found her and recommend her highly!

Our family had a delightful experience with Sarah Malarkey, she is an excellent real estate agent. Sarah is very patient, and was always available to show a home, in person or a video tour. On these tours she was thorough, spotting any issues and teasing out the property's highlights - as photos can be deceiving.

Sarah never wavered from being upbeat and positive. The team at Next Home was very responsive as well.

This was my first experience purchasing a new home. I had been working with another realtor who I was not really feeling good about. I was referred to Sarah by my cousin, Erica Harmon who is a mortgage broker for Crosscountry Mortgage LLC. Erica told me that Sarah was on vacation and would reach out to me when she got back. Sarah was on vacation for Spring Break with her family and sent me a text as soon as she heard I needed some help. She let me know she was on vacation and would come over and meet me as soon as she got back.
When Sarah came over, I instantly felt a connection. I had been trying to find a home that would accommodate my teenager, fiancé and my elderly mother. Sarah was so sweet and patient and really understood what our family needed
She went with us thru the entire process and then some. I had the best team working for my family and I mean WORKING 24/7 text messages, emails and calls with updates and answering questions.
