Valerie Lam is the best property manager I've ever had. She has managed my rental property for two years now and working with her has always been amazing. I owned my rental property since 1999 and had a couple of property managers managed my property. Both previous property managers I had either do not have good contractors who can do minor repairs in the house or do not know how to find good tenants. I always ended up paying a lot for minor repair works in the house due to tenants abuse of the property, and tenants sometimes would leave after one year lease and after repeated late on their rent.
