Once again, we used Mark and Alison as our go-to Broker on the sale and buy of our new home and as usual they were awesome. Several years ago they sold our Parker home and got us into our current home which they helped us now sell, to buy a new replacement home. We were back on the lookout for� over a year with different areas and homes. Alison was always there finding and recommending homes as well as showing ones we found too. The timing worked out perfect. Alison and Mark recommend an aggressive price point on the sale of our house and we were under contract in less than a week! We got maximum dollar out of our home and can not believe what we bought for our replacement home. For every part of all these transactions, they were always there for us and proving experienced and great advice. It was always like we were their only client and we know that's not true. We can not recommend them enough if you are looking for experienced, low key - low pressure service.

We had been considering buying a second home in Denver so that we could be closer to family. I can't say how pleased we were to have found Mark and Alison, they couldn't have been more helpful. They helped us identify condo units that met our particular needs and wants. With Mark's expertise, we were able to narrow the list of units down to a still rather daunting 18 properties. Soon after, we visited Denver to personally inspect those units. Mark and Alison picked us up at Union Station and over the next two days proceeded to drive us around Denver enabling us to personally view the condos. No small task considering the number of units, logistics and distances. All the while they were cheerful and tirelessly answered our questions as we drove from one building to the next. Mark shared his extensive and detailed knowledge of Downtown Denver and it's various neighborhoods. His lender recommendation was outstanding, something we know about having worked in the mortgage business. We came to Denver pre approved so that once we decided on which unit we wanted, Mark was able to negotiate an excellent deal for us. But wait, there's more...We live quite a distance from Downtown Denver and Mark and Alison personally shepherded our transaction, taking care of any and all details leading to a successful close. Thank you both, we are excited to move into our new place and make Denver our home away from home. We look forward to seeing Mark and Alison and enjoying their company over dinner. We will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Well done.

Mark and his Team can into my life at a stressful time. My lease was up and I needed to find a home. In fact, I was living with my Son by the time all was said and done. First time home buyer here: Mark and Alison have been incredibly helpful before, during, and after the home purchase process and made this otherwise intimidating process much more manageable. Super knowledgeable, responsive, and were able to navigate many unexpected twists and turns that came up along the way. I worked with Mark and his team in a previous transaction as a seller a few years back. That particular transaction required expert knowledge and some patience to complete. They had kept in touch with me and so I worked with them on this most recent listing transaction. I had no idea the required market knowledge along with construction finesse needed to list and sell my home to top dollar. Knowing what type of updates and upgrades make a big difference. It's one thing to know and quite another to have the knowledge of of the contractors, materials and time frame for the project. Mark and Alison both made the right recommendations on colors, material grade, products, sourcing, etc. They also participated in some of the projects and repairs. I don't many brokers that eat and sleep what they preach! Because of these recommendations and the resulting work along with staging, I was able to get what I wanted and more, in a time frame that was ideal to yield the highest and best offer. Mark has worked with selling several estate properties for myself and family members over the last couple years. He is always there and always getting the job done. Some properties have been rural land and have taken long longer periods of time to sell, he has stuck with me, communicated consistently and worked on getting them to sale and closing.
