we were walking on Venice Avenue. We stopped to look at
the Real Estate listings at the Richard Bradway office and
started talking to Sammy about Venice, houses, condos etc.

When my bank made a mistake transferring funds for closing, he showed his high level of professionalism & knowledge by facilitating the extension needed due to the financial institution's ineptitude.
