We worked with Jenna over a couple of years as we searched for a home in Cape Coral. We live out of state and Jenna was our eyes and ears in Florida. Jenna truly had our best interest at heart and looked critically at properties we wanted to see. We recently decided to move to another part of town, and we contacted Jenna for help. She did an amazing job, both selling our old home and buying our new one. First, she advertised our old home with such appealing post, in description, photos, in-house video, and drone video. The house sold at selling price in less than a day! She also negotiated that we can stay in our old house for 60 days after closing. What a deal!
For the buying part, there was a tough competition on the house that we wanted, and because Jenna knows so many people, she managed to lock it for us. She also arranged for a great financing broker for our loan. Within a month from starting the move process, we closed on both selling and buying. We never experience anything like that.
