We have purchased and sold a few properties and Jina and her husband Jerry were by far the best we have ever used. Both were always quick to respond every question, every email or text. They sold our property for $20,000 more then we were asking! At the end of closing they caught a $100 mistake that no one else found. Escrow even missed it. Its amazing the amount of time and detail they dedicated to our sell. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. I just wish I would have found them sooner.
