He provided good guidance throughout and was very knowledgeable in neighborhood dynamics and possible issues with certain locations (street noise, new roads or neighborhoods being planned, etc).

Scott is a fantastic agent! Aaron and I met him by chance when we first started looking at houses, and I'm so glad we did! During negotiations, he advocated for our best interests and made sure we were making a wise investment. Luckily, I just searched the internet from my home in California to find a real estate agent in Phoenix a month prior to my visit to Arizona for a home to retire in. I called Scott Baglien and fortunately, we met up when I arrived in Phoenix AZ and he patiently and tirelessly toured me around several homes and I now got the perfect home to retire and enjoy! He was so helpful in all steps - from finding the right loan broker to excellent home inspector and title company. I worked with Scott to buy one house and sell another. Scott took the time to communicate every step of the process and immediately respond to every concern I had through a difficult sale. He consistently went above and beyond what anyone would expect from an agent in order to facilitate all parties involved. It was refreshing to do business with someone that is honest and has high ethical standards and I consider myself fortunate to have met Scott.
