Amy is an absolute delight to work with. She helped me get my first home in 2017, now 2023 she helped me find my dream home. Amy is so patient, kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable of the real-estate game. She isn't afraid to get under the crawl spaces and check things out. She goes way above and beyond just showing you pretty houses. I will recommend her a million times over.

I just cannot recommend Amy enough for her attention to detail, her relentlessness when it comes to fighting for her clients, and her true desire to get her clients into the home of their dreams!! I can truly say she did all of this and more for me and my husband. She takes the saying “go the extra mile” to “go the extra marathon” because she will always go above and beyond. She will be getting ALL of the referrals from us, because there’s no one I’d recommend more!

Amy and Rich Manzi poured their heart and souls into finding me and my fiancé a HOME. I put emphasis on home because Amy told us from the very beginning, “we aren’t looking for a house, we’re finding your home.” They both fought for us in the wild world of real estate, laid everything out in terms we could understand, and continued to work with and for us on a plethora of projects and opportunities. If I ever buy property again, I would refuse to work with anyone other than the Manzi’s. They are the pinnacle of professionalism, friendliness, and hard work. I can’t thank Amy and Rich enough!

Amy is the BEST! She helped us understand the market, showed us houses that checked all the boxes of what we needed, and helped us land our dream house. Even after we closed she helped us find all the people we would need - cleaners, movers, yard folks, repair people, etc. She goes above and beyond, and to top it off she has a fantastic personality. I truly loved working with her on finding a house!

Between helping us find the perfect home, helping schedule professionals needed for cleaning/repair, to coordinating with the buying attorney for follow up items. Always a quick response and great job. Can’t recommend enough.

We have secured Amy’s services several times over the five years, first when purchasing our home when we relocated from another state and then several times since while purchasing investment properties. Amy has been an amazing asset each and every time. She is knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, caring, honest and TENACIOUS. Amy is a wonderful advocate for her clients, and we saw that first hand when her excellent communication and negotiation skills helped us secure fair resolutions to problems that arose when inspections revealed serious issues with HVAC units. Amy’s wisdom and experience in such matters was a huge asset. During our most recent transaction, Amy’s encouragement gave us the courage to move ahead with our decision to stick to our guns and she informed the selling agent that we would be willing to sacrifice our deposit and walk away from the deal if the owner was not willing to provide a fair share of the repair/replacement cost of the HVAC system. As Amy anticipated, when faced with such an outcome, the seller was willing to see things our way and the deal was closed. Finally, thanks to Amy’s efficient handling of final details, the electronic exchange of paperwork and the closing proceeded smoothly. We HIGHLY recommend Amy Manzi to anyone who is looking for an EXCELLENT realtor to represent their interests.

It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with the sale of my property; not only was the sale swift as the person that recommended me promised, it was absolutely mind blowing the quick turn around time from speaking with Amy and the time it took to sale. I’m a Realtor that came from a much larger firm and was attracted to Rich and Amy for the much smaller and personal atmosphere that came along with their brokerage. Amy and Rich were a great team to work with. The seller’s situation was a little complex but Amy and Rich handled all the details and delicacies with aplomb. They were super responsive and very proactive in working with the sellers realtor, assuring that every aspect of the transaction was skillfully handled, and that we closed on time… in 30 days!

If you are searching for a new home, call Amy! We contacted her and within 2 months, we had found our new place. She really listens and is able to identify properties that you would be interested in, a quality that I don't think all realtors have today. She and Rich are so knowledgeable and professional. Their attention to detail is amazing. They are pro-active during the entire process so things can move along but if a problem arises, they are problem solvers and they are so supportive and helpful when things don't go according to plan. Amy values the relationship she develops with her clients and wants them to be satisfied with their home buying experience. I recommend that you call Rich and Amy if you are looking for a realtor. They are wonderful people and excellent realtors!

Amy is not just a realtor, she is a therapist, a contractor, a friend, a prayer buddy, and whatever else you might be needing at just that moment! For the last two years Amy patiently, pleasantly, and calmly walked me through my home-buying journey. I was not a good client - I was fickle, demanding, outrageous, outraged and uninformed!!!!! She kept her cool, and saw me through numerous visits, helped me unload an unhelpful and unprofessional mortgage broker, and finally got me to my "forever" home. Throughout it all Amy was professional, warm, patient and understanding. I recommend her without reservation!

15/10 would recommend! Amy was patient, kind, and dedicated to finding us our perfect home. She went out of her way to reach out to parties that needed to do specific things to ensure our closing went smoothly, without even needing to. Amy was very involved with the whole process, showing us upwards of 20 homes. She was always available for us when we needed her. She knew how to explain certain aspects of the paperwork to us so that we felt more comfortable with everything. Overall, we would and will choose her when we decide to buy another home. She made it possible for us to be as stress free as possible and we wouldn’t have changed our decision for anything! Our lender offered us a $500 bonus to work with one of their realtors and we turned it down to continue our relationship with her. Amy is the best!

There are no words to describe how amazing Amy and her husband Rich are at their job. Amy was so great. My husband and I had trouble with the lender and Amy helped keep everything moving along all the way until the last very second til closing. She ensured we closed on time! She was with us every step of the way and really took the time to help us understand our needs and wants. She is so genuine, kind, and someone that we are so happy to call our realtor. As a family who doesn't have someone close by, she really provided support throughout the process which could be very overwhelming. We are so thankful for her, and would recommend her wholeheartedly.
