We have secured Amy’s services several times over the five years, first when purchasing our home when we relocated from another state and then several times since while purchasing investment properties. Amy has been an amazing asset each and every time. She is knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, caring, honest and TENACIOUS. Amy is a wonderful advocate for her clients, and we saw that first hand when her excellent communication and negotiation skills helped us secure fair resolutions to problems that arose when inspections revealed serious issues with HVAC units. Amy’s wisdom and experience in such matters was a huge asset. If you are searching for a new home, call Amy! We contacted her and within 2 months, we had found our new place. She really listens and is able to identify properties that you would be interested in, a quality that I don't think all realtors have today. She and Rich are so knowledgeable and professional. Their attention to detail is amazing. They are pro-active during the entire process so things can move along but if a problem arises, they are problem solvers and they are so supportive and helpful when things don't go according to plan. Amy is not just a realtor, she is a therapist, a contractor, a friend, a prayer buddy, and whatever else you might be needing at just that moment! For the last two years Amy patiently, pleasantly, and calmly walked me through my home-buying journey. I was not a good client - I was fickle, demanding, outrageous, outraged and uninformed!!!!! She kept her cool, and saw me through numerous visits, helped me unload an unhelpful and unprofessional mortgage broker, and finally got me to my "forever" home. 15/10 would recommend! Amy was patient, kind, and dedicated to finding us our perfect home. She went out of her way to reach out to parties that needed to do specific things to ensure our closing went smoothly, without even needing to. Amy was very involved with the whole process, showing us upwards of 20 homes. She was always available for us when we needed her. She knew how to explain certain aspects of the paperwork to us so that we felt more comfortable with everything. Overall, we would and will choose her when we decide to buy another home. She made it possible for us to be as stress free as possible and we wouldn’t have changed our decision for anything! Our lender offered us a $500 bonus to work with one of their realtors and we turned it down to continue our relationship with her. Amy is the best!
