Brad is an excellent broker. He has a lot of patience answering our one zillion questions, haha. He, also, researched the homes that we wanted to see and explained to us what we should expect about each house before seeing it so we could decide whether we wanted to see it or not. He has knowledge about construction and always checked the important areas of each house. If you need a broker, do not look any further, talk with Brad.
