If you’re looking for a home and you want it to be easy and smooth, definitely get Cherrie and Zach. They are professionals, knowledgeable and well known to their profession. Being a first time home buyer l got a lot of questions. Cherrie guided me all the way and direct me to right persons to help me. I’m glad that Cherrie is my realtor because she’s awesome! ????

We have been working with Cherrie since May 2023. We literally scoured hundreds of recommendations on social media and Cherrie was at the top. Once we interviewed her, we knew she was someone we wanted to work with. She was wonderful with communicating from the very beginning in telling us what she provided to clients (which is a lot), what to expect from her and her team, etc. We listed our house for sale in May. She arranged to have our house cleaned before pictures, which was absolutely amazing, given we have a toddler! On the day of pictures, she and her team arrived to prepare our house with little details like plants, blankets, needed accessories (we were living sparse). She and her team were very respectful as well of our home and asked permission/introduced themselves. We had the open house, and within a week, we had a full ask offer. It was a very stressful sale, but NOT by CHERRIE. She was beyond helpful and creative in offering solutions every step of the way. She sacrificed a lot to get the deal done as well. In order to sell, we had to find a rental since we didn't find a home to buy and the buyers weren't granting more time. She, through her contacts, found us a rental that agreed to a month-to-month rental in our budget! Since July (when we closed), she has gone with us to multiple open houses, sent us options, and is patient with us while we're trying to find "our" perfect home. We haven't found it yet, but we know Cherrie is there and trying to help us find the home we want.

And if you're ever in doubt, just ask about her annual events. She told us/invited us to an annual picnic she hosts with Zach. We pull up to her picnic and there were probably 500+ people there. That just shows the loyalty of her clients/vendors.

We're very happy with Cherrie and her team and highly recommend her!

Zach.....He's my man! (not literally) Next Home Rockstars are a level above all others! Zach made this whole experience enjoyable, while keeping me in perspective. He listened to my concerns and needs, he exceeded in finding me my forever home!! Zach and his team went as far as to scout out the neighborhood and home model I wanted. I purchased a home that never even hit the market!! Rockstar team kept me informed, were easily accessible and accommodated my many needs.
It is absolutely impressive the amount of customer service they provided. Zach, Cherrie, Steve Tampus and the whole rockstar team I can't Thank you enough! Next home is a level above all other!!

I used Cherrie to sell a house, and then the next year I used her to buy my home. I have the utmost confidence in her. Cherrie is easy to communicate with, always timely in returning calls/texts. She has a great understanding of the real estate market, and knows just what your house needs in order to show well. She has a lot of sound advice based upon her vast experience, not to mention the crews and staff she uses are top-notch too. When searching to buy a property, she really paid attention to my priority want list, and found me my dream home. I totally recommend using her services to anyone in the market of selling/buying a home.

I can't say enough great things about Zach & Cherrie. I recently lost both my parents in a short amount of time and needed to sell my childhood home. Needless to say this was a heartbreaking situation. Zach handled it with the utmost care and respect. I also live out of state and Zach was above and beyond with communication and helping handle matters at the home on my behalf. He delivered 100% of what he said he would do and this was the best real estate transaction I've ever had.

Zach was extremely helpful in my endeavor to buy my first home. As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions and there was a lot I did not know about the process, and he explained everything and was always very open and responsive to working with me. It felt like a team effort, which was great, because the process can be a lot when you're new to it. I was really impressed by his responsiveness and availability/flexibility. Just as an example - I contacted him about a property I wanted to see on a Thursday night and that Sunday he was already going to two open-houses with me. I had never worked with him before. We would text late in the evening while bidding on the home I ended up buying... Just overall, very available and gets the job done.

I honestly can’t say enough on how great it was to work with Cherrie and Zach. We had a horrible experience with a local realtor and when I got referred to Cherrie I was in need of someone to be able to come in quick and get it done while also presenting her with an abnormal request from the previous realtor. She took us and that request on without hesitation and sold our house 15K over ask in the first week, and when that buyer had an emergency she sold our place again for the same amount over ask again the next week. She navigated us through a very unique escrow experience and we ultimately closed and she got it done and we finally moved! The entire time she was awesome, had great communication and most importantly we trusted her. I also made a forever friend!

Cherrie and Zach were on top of things. They sent me everything I needed. If i needed to sign right away, there it was waiting for me. I never had to wait and they made it so easy to sign paperwork electronically. It was great to work with both and I have to say, that if you need important documents to sign, they are the go to people. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

From the urgency they showed in getting our offer accepted all the way down to helping figure out the little things (like boxes) to help us move to our new home, I felt like they always had us covered!! I came into contact with Sam Narvell who is part of Cherrie and Zach’s team. I dont even know where to start with how incredible the experience was with them. The professionalism, the commitment, the dedication and most importantly to me, the patience they all exhibited with myself and my wife goes above and beyond words. Given this was the largest purchase we had ever made in our lives, there’s a lot that can go sideways and we put our full trust into cherrie and her team. Sam was always responsive, worked incredibly hard to ensure we got the best deal possible for the sale of our home and then, with the help of Zach and cherrie, ensured we got the best deal possible for the purchase of our new home. Add a 1 year old into the mix and a schedule that neither my wife nor I have any say in, Sam was incredibly accommodating and always made sure that whether it was the open house or an inspection for closing, that it always accommodated our sons sleep schedule and still got us above asking price. Finally, they have an incredible service that I had never heard of before that acts as a personal concierge for your new home. Given the stress factor and the level of mental and physical exhaustion from the experience of selling and purchasing a home all within 45 days, the concierge helped to facilitate the activation of all of the services we would be using in our new home. I’m beyond happy with what Sam Narvell and Cherrie and Zach were able to do for our family and I will be using them and recommending them for any future real estate needs.

When we decided to sell our home, Cherrie was recommended to me by a good friend and it may be one of the best recommendations I’ve ever received. She was professional and personable from start to finish. Her entire team was phenomenal in assisting every step of the way. The photos, videos and social media blasts were top notch. While Cherrie was focused on getting us the maximum sales price possible, she never lost sight of the fact that we were humans with real feelings and dogs to deal with. She did everything in her power to make the process as easy and painless as possible. We were thrilled with the price our house sold for and grateful that Cherrie was the one we chose to sell it for us.
