She spoke very highly of him, so we decided to go with Pete on the journey of buying a house during the sellers' market. Yes, we got outbid several times. Yes, we saw a lot of houses. Pete asked for a day off (Sunday) to spend time with his family. We also wanted to care of some errands that day. However on Saturday, my husband found a house and asked Pete to schedule us to see it on Monday. When Pete was trying to schedule a tour, the last showing day was (of course) that Sunday. So what did Pete do? He cancelled his plans and came with us to see the house that day! We placed a bid. Shortly, our offer has been accepted and we were able to close within 21 days. Our dream home was ours!

Pete is very professional, responsive, instructional (a lot of paperwork!), and just a good person. We never ever had a problem of getting ahold of him. We were able to see every house we wanted to see. We were able to place a bid on every house we wanted to. This experience of buying a home was nothing but positive. I chose Pete because he was an expert on the Spring Valley area where I was living known as Dictionary Hill. He was straight forward and had technical experts helping him that were critical to the home sale. He had a gardening crew that gave the grounds around the home a great look. He had an appliance repair man that could fix anything, who brought my old dishwasher back to life. His real estate photographer made my home look superb! Also he introduced me to hanging file boxes that required no taping to assemble from Office Depot which were extremely time saving and made my moving my stuff to storage much easier.

He made me work hard to get my home ready for buyers and he even got me through the corona virus problems. He also physically helped me move a number of items that I was putting in storage. Lastly, he got more money for me than the advertised price!

A little history...In 2013 we attempted to purchase a home (assisted by a real estate agent - NOT Pete, our big mistake) and it resulted in a negative experience. We had to go to court to get our good faith deposit returned. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted time, and made us feel apprehensive about purchasing a home.  In the last few years, Pete helped my husband's three sisters find their dream homes. After listening to their great experiences and postive feedback, we finally felt ready again to purchase a home, since this time we were working with an expert.
