My husband and I were not expecting to purchase a new home so soon, only a few years after having it built, let alone in 2020. I decided to reach out to Rob because we knew of him through the Laveen BBQ and other community events. We really wanted to stay in Laveen so he felt like the right choice to help us on our journey. My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with the services and care of Mr. Rob Olson. We purchased a new homework, pre-construction, and Rob guided through the nearly one year process. He actually would go to the site periodically and check progress along with quality oversight. On more than one occasion he conferred with a 3rd party construction expert to ensure we were getting what we paid for-- no charge, and invaluable in protecting us!
We had met Rob a few years earlier as we were leaving Phoenix -- he offered his assistance upon our return. We are so thankful for accepting his offer.
First, he guided us through a complete search of inventory in South Phoenix. Finding nothing acceptable, he accompanied us to several home builders. We are so grateful for his expertise in evaluating all our options and getting us the best deal (saving thousands) during the contract and building phases. We learned so much -- good and otherwise -- about the building industry! After we were able to move in to our new home (he made sure the builder had completed all their promised work), Rob followed up with us to inquiry of any issues or questions we had. He even brought us a house warming gift which we treasure (picture of us breaking ground on the home)!!
To summarize, Rob Olson is a man of integrity, first and foremost! He is there whenever you need him and he comes through when he says "I'll find out what's going on and get right back to you." We started off fast with house feeling the pressure of the market. While under contract Rob worked with the a very difficult selling agent and sellers. We ended up walking away from the house and Rob was 100% supportive and confirmed that we need to find the right house for us. The next day we found that house and Rob help manage a smooth closing.

I highly recommend Rob. We worked with Rob in selling our home in San Tan Valley, AZ. Rob kept us informed on a daily basis and responded quickly to questions.
