We bought our first home in foster city in 2018. In 2020, we decided to sell our house. It was our first time, and we had no idea how to go about it. We started with the Realtor who helped us purchase this house. We spent many weeks with off-the-market showings. It didn't go well. We got discouraging feedback w.r.t the price point we were expecting to sell it for. We backed out and halted our idea of selling. After a few months we got connected with Ravi through a close friend. He took time to listen and understand our needs, looked at our house, and thoroughly guided us through the process from upgrades to listing and selling. He helped us connect with the various contractors, painters and electricians and finalized the quote that was well within our budget. In just a few weeks our house was nicely upgraded, and staged. He was extremely proactive in managing the upgrades, staging and showing the house. We got an early offer, which was right around our price point. We were able to spend a few days on it, working with him evaluating the offer and what our next steps should be. He was extremely patient and professional with his point of view, data points and assessment of risks. In the end we were comfortable to accept the offer, make the decision and sold our house in a reasonable amount of time. We feel extremely fortunate to get connected with Ravi. He's extremely knowledgable and holds great sense of fairness and empathy. We are now in the market to buy and he continues to be our trusted realtor. We wish him the best!

I’ve been helping my wife run a family childcare home since 9+ years and have been in the look out for a preschool for sale since about 4 years. Tried to close deals with several commercial realtors in the past but none of them worked out all the way till I found Ravi Jagtiani during Oct 2020. From my first conversation with Ravi, I knew I was not too far from seeing my dream coming true and Ravi was going to be the realtor who will finally make it happen for me. And it indeed happened! Soon after that Ravi called me for a preschool + real estate in a prime location in Union City, which was off market at that time. He helped me put a very competitive offer and here I am, feeling so lucky to own a real estate that has 3200+ sqft building, ~29,500 sqft land + a preschool of capacity 60, running successfully since last 35+ years! Such huge lot is also allowing me to expand my school to a bigger capacity, which is work in progress now. Exactly like Ravi had told me, Nov-Dec 2020 was a great time to get into contracts since by the time my SBA loan closed and I got the license in my name, preschool filled up considerably and the business I invested on, became nicely profitable (post Covid)!

Ravi has everything you look for in a great realtor, i.e., someone who can honestly make you aware of all the good things (or not so good things) about a property / business, someone who helps you decide whether you should proceed with a deal or not, helps you make an offer / counter price(s), negotiates with the seller and ensures you don’t leave any stone unturned towards getting the deal you deserve. In my case, I did not just find a realtor which I am going to trust and depend in time to come, I also found a genuine friend with whom I can share details and seek opinions outside of business deals. So, while Covid has been worst for many of us, to me, 2 great things happened during these tough times, #1 I met Ravi, and as a result of that, #2, I own a preschool with amazing prospects and now looking to buy more of them in coming time :)

Overall, if you see Ravi as Listing Agent or Buyer side agent, my advise will be to just pick up the phone and talk to him, I can assure you, it will be completely worth your time! :)
