My daughter and son-in-law did live in Chico and they were my "go between" Casey and myself so not only Casey helpful with questions from me but with my family also. It was great working with Casey on the purchase of my home. He was friendly, responsive, and always available when I needed him. This was especially meaningful considering that the COVID-19 pandemic in full-swing as well as my purchase being a long-distance transaction. He learned very quickly what it was that I was looking for and showed me houses that fit my needs.

He instilled trust; I bought the house without even having seen it in person. He took me through a few live video tours and when I had questions about the condition of something or other he got me the answers immediately. When I got to see the house in person, it exceeded my expectations.

He played as a great intermediary between me, the title company, and the mortgage broker, and when things got a little sticky was right there to help smooth things out.
