Debbie Mitchell was amazing!! First class all the way! This is the first time I've ever bought or sold a house without my late husband. I was pretty nervous about the entire process from preparing my house for sale...to listing it...and to the sale. Debbie was with me for the entire process - always available for my calls and questions. My house sold in just 2 1/2 days thanks to her expertise and support. I almost want to do the process again just so I can have Debbie leading the way again. I can't say enough great things about her.

Debbie Mitchell did a terrific job for us. Debbie identified these and then at once found the right people to take care of things, got them done promptly. In short, she made it as easy as possible for us, solved all problems, and just got it done. And when I had questions or needed help with paperwork and disclosures, she was immediately available. Debbie was fantastic to work with. I had the pleasure of using her services for the initial purchase of this home years ago and now the sale of the same home. She is very knowledgeable in the region as well as the market. She clearly had my best interests in mind and was able to maneuver this sale appropriately. What is most impressive, given that I was not local to the property, was her ability to manage all of the inspections, minor repair work and even facilitated moving out the furniture for me.
