It was a pleasure working with April in an attempt to locate just the right house that I was looking for. April is a very dedicated woman, that any realty company would be proud to have as an agent. April went above and beyond to make sure that I found the amenities I was looking for in a house. She even met me to look at a house when I could tell she wasn’t feeling good, but she was determined to show the home. She kept me up to date on the entire process, all the way through to closing. My husband and I had been looking at lots online for a while when we came across a beauty in Bay Saint Louis. We reached out for a realtor to get more info and immediately April responded. There were other agents in the mix, but we cannot say how blessed we were that we found April. She let us know that the lot we were looking at had a pending offer, but then took the time to provide us information about the Mississippi Gulf Coast and its cities so we could make informed decision. Once we had zeroed in on the community we wanted to reside, April was always available to us to answer our questions. Late last spring we found our dream lot. The only problem was it wasn’t on the market for sale. This beautiful woman was such a go-getter for us. She went above and beyond to research who the owner of the lot was and where they lived. She went to their home and asked if they owned the lot. The giggled (as this had been an inheritance lot) and said, “How did you find us?” That’s April! We signed on our dream lot on August 5th, not only have we gained a lot, but a friend in April. In a couple of months, April will assist us as we find a contractor that will build our home.
