Avery was amazing, we went back and forth on our home buying process for 2 years and not once did Avery pressure us to buy. He was honest and what was a good deal and when it was time to wait, never made us feel like we needed to buy right now. He waited until we were comfortable and made the first move. Very informative and thorough, the final walkthrough was a disaster the day of, for us to sign but Avery came through and saved the day to ensure everything went smoothly.

I met Avery as a referral from one of my friends and he delivered for sure! I am new to Houston so I was poking around different areas and hadn't even started the pre-qualification process. I let Avery know what my needs were in terms of property size, neighborhood amenities, and price and he immediately set me up with electronic listing updates and connected me with an awesome loan officer that made the process from qualification to closing very simple. The numbers were super important to me so I appreciate the time Avery took to do market analysis on the properties of was interested in prior to any offers. My husband and I are brand new to Texas and weren’t living here when we started our home search. Avery helped us navigate the different obstacles as we were trying to buy a house while in another state. He, on multiple occasions, accompanied my sister to open houses and then FaceTimed us so we could “walk” through with them. He was very honest about issues he saw and things we might want to avoid.
