I've worked with Tera both as both a buyer and a seller, and each time she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to walk me through the entire process, she kept me up to speed and organized on everything that needed to be done, and she tackled everything on her end quickly and professionally. She is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her work, and I always felt like she had my best interests in mind with every recommendation she made. I for one find buying and selling houses intimating and exhausting, but Tera made the process as clear and as smooth as possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Tera has a very approachable and customer-focused approach to her clients. As a first-time home buyer, there was much education needed on my end regarding the process and requirements. She made everything simple and took a lot of the work out of the task of home buying. Should we ever look at a property in the future we know who to call!

Tera made buying a house feel almost easy! She found new listings as soon as they came on the market and was quick to set up showings- important in this housing market. Tera had great advice about the listings and was very patient with me as a first time homebuyer. I will 100% recommend her to anyone I know looking for a house in the future!!

I could go on for hours about how amazing our experience with Tera has been. After buying our first home my husband and I both felt like we didn’t truly understand the details of the process and we knew we wanted to be more in the “know” the second time around.
